Breathwork is an active meditation that is a detox for your soul
Breathwork is an active meditation practice set to music where you harness and control your breath to generate heat in your body, release stuck energy, and allow for healing. Just like no two people are alike, no two breathwork sessions are alike. So my approach is to intuitively guide the practice, gently pushing and nurturing clients through their session, but always giving them the space they need to comfortably navigate their personal journey.
Energy shifts may bring forth many different emotions and responses for people. You may cry, laugh, scream. You may feel hot, cold, or pulse with energy. You may feel safely grounded or blissfully transported. You will discover things about yourself and release things that no longer serve you. After the active breathing, I will help guide you shift your energy into a relaxed space of connection and integration with the added touch or Reiki.
You never know where your breathwork journey will take you, but students typically describe feeling cleared, alive, and utterly amazed at how great they can feel from just breathing. It’s cathartic, exhilarating and freeing. I believe breathwork is one of the more transformative things you can do for yourself. Come see what all the hype is about!
