MEDITATION

I love when people tell me they can’t or won’t be able to mediate. It is actually a limiting belief I welcome hearing, as I know everyone can meditate at any age and any stage. I have had a 100% success rate with clients who have told me they will not be able to meditate. The issue is that people have the wrong idea about meditation. The point of meditation is not for you to stop thinking, become a brainless zombie, or sit completely still like a statue for hours. 

 

In fact, we have on average 60,000-80,000 thoughts per day. That’s one every couple seconds. The goal of meditation is to help you connect to yourself, create a little space to breathe, help you make better choices, and allow your mind to take a break. 

 

That’s where I come in. I’m here to guide you using practical tools that you can carry forward into all aspects of your life. Whether it’s teaching you to harness your breath, press pause with a mantra meditation, or transport you via a guided visualization, I hold space for both group and private clients so you can connect to that peace within and feel grounded in the present moment.

 

And my bespoke approach makes it easy to learn. You can relax in the way that’s most comfortable to you. You don’t have to achieve perfection because there’s no such thing as a perfect meditation. There are good days and bad days. All you have to do is show up for yourself and breathe, with me there to support you along the way.
