SOUND HEALING

Sound healing is an immersive therapeutic meditation experience that uses the vibration of various instruments to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional healing.  

 

I typically use crystal sound bowls, a gong and other instruments within a single session. Your job? Lie down, listen and let the frequencies work their magic. Sound healing is a passive experience but a highly effective way to balance body and mind.
