I explain Breathwork as an active and therapeutic meditation practice. It is powerful and by far the most transformative thing I have ever done. 💜 Breathwork is a is a powerful tool to help you transform. Often students / clients tell me they feel progress after just one session. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Breathwork differs from typical meditation in that you are breathing through your mouth in a pattern that stimulates your system to help clear any stuck energy, stuck emotions or stuck trauma you have in your body. This is where the therapy comes in. By breathing in this specific way you are able to not clear out what is no longer serving you and remove obstacles that are in your way of progress, You are also able to open up and connect to yourself in a way that helps you see clearly, enhances creativity and often shows you what you are ready to bring into your life.
